ABOUT US
Poubel is a jewellery brand built on detail, craft, and expression. Our creative output is at the heart of everything we do — from concept to shoot to the final image that lands in front of our customers. This summer, we're looking for a creative intern who is equal parts imaginative and organised to join us in the studio.
THE ROLE
You'll work closely with our Creative Manager, getting hands-on experience across shoot production, styling, and studio operations. No two days will look the same — one morning you might be working on a social media plan, the next you're on set bringing a campaign to life. You'll be the person who keeps the creative process running smoothly behind the scenes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
– Assist on shoot days — supporting the team on set and helping everything run on time
– Help prep for shoot days, including pulling and organising looks, props, and materials
– Handle styling returns, ensuring all pieces are logged, packed, and sent back correctly
– Manage and maintain stock at our studio — tracking what needs to be sent back or sourced, and keeping the space organised
– Ensuring the social calendar is up to date with all launches and creative assets
– Planning and shooting TikToks
YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU
– Are currently enrolled in college and available for the summer
– Have a strong visual eye and a genuine interest in fashion, jewellery, or creative production
– Are highly organised — you can manage multiple tasks at once without anything falling through the cracks
– Are proactive, resourceful, and happy to roll up your sleeves on shoot days
– Communicate clearly and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
– Are detail-oriented — from the way a flat lay is arranged to how returns are logged
