Jewellery Care Guidelines

Handle With Care
Take care when handling your jewellery to avoid scratching, chipping, or loosening stones. Because 925 sterling silver is naturally soft, pushing or pulling it too firmly can cause it to bend. To keep your piece looking its best, try to avoid applying too much pressure.

Avoid Exposure to Chemicals
Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, chlorine, and cleaning products. These substances can affect rhodium plating, gold plating, gold vermeil, enamel details, and stone settings.

Temperature Awareness
Avoid exposing your jewellery to extreme heat or cold, as sudden temperature changes may affect enamel, plating, and stone adhesives.

Store Properly
Store pieces in a cool, dry place, ideally in individual pouches or compartments. This prevents scratches and protects delicate finishes from humidity and sunlight.

Beware of Impact
Avoid dropping or knocking your jewellery against hard surfaces. Enamel and pavé-set stones are particularly vulnerable to impact

Wear With Care
Remove your jewellery before exercising, swimming, or performing strenuous tasks. This helps protect plating, enamel, and delicate stone settings from unnecessary stress or damage.

Materials

Sterling Silver

Our jewellery is crafted from premium recycled 925 sterling silver and finished with a rhodium plating to enhance shine and improve durability.

Gold Plated

Our gold-plated pieces feature 14K gold plated over a solid 925 sterling silver base. As with all plating, natural wear can occur over time, so proper care is advised to help maintain the finish and prolong its shine.

Gold Vermeil

Our vermeil pieces feature 14K gold plated at 2.5 microns over a solid 925 sterling silver base, providing a rich colour and long-lasting finish.
Although vermeil has a thicker and more durable gold layer than standard plating, it may still wear gradually with frequent use. Caring for your jewellery will help preserve its brilliance.

Stoneset

Selected designs feature hand pavé-set Cubic Zirconia and Moissanite stones, chosen for their exceptional sparkle and clarity.
Because each stone is set by hand, they are more delicate and may loosen or fall out if exposed to chemicals or impact.
For this reason, stone-set charms are not intended for everyday wear. Please take extra care to help maintain the security and shine of their settings.

Enamel

Our enamel is hand painted, non-toxic, and lead-free, offering vibrant colour and a premium finish. As enamel is delicate, we recommend handling with care to avoid chipping.
