No. All orders include prepaid duties and shipping costs.

Please note that some countries such
as Kazakhstan and Kuwait do not offer prepaid duties. In these cases duties
must be paid upon delivery. Any additional charges will be refunded.

Yes. Returns can be requested within fourteen days of delivery.

A return will only be processed once the return form has been submitted using our Return Form. If the form does not work you can contact support@poubel.com with your order number and details of the items being returned.

Returns requested through the Shop App are not accepted. Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received and checked by our returns team.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds to cards that have expired. If the card used for payment is expired, we may be unable to refund the order.

Items may be exchanged for a different style. Please note that each item can only be exchanged once. Your exchange will be been received and processed by our returns team.

You will receive your return label within one to two business days after submitting the form.

Once shipped the return will reach our warehouse within five days.

Our returns team will then inspect the items to confirm they are in good condition for restocking. Processing time may vary depending on warehouse capacity.

All returned items must belong to the same order. If you wish to return additional items after submitting your request, please inform customer service. Only items received and confirmed by our warehouse will be refunded.

We work continuously to bring sold out items back in stock. Most restocks take place every two months.

To keep your bracelet in the best condition please follow these care guidelines:

Handle with care
Always handle your silver and enamel jewellery gently to prevent chipping or scratching.

Avoid exposure to chemicals
Keep your jewellery away from perfumes cosmetics cleaning products and other chemicals as they can damage both the silver and enamel finish. This also includes prolonged contact with water such as showers pools the sea and lakes which can affect the enamel.

Temperature considerations
Protect your jewellery from extreme temperatures as both heat and cold can affect the enamel and silver. Avoid exposing your pieces to excessive temperature changes.

Store properly
Store your jewellery in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Use separate pouches or compartments to prevent pieces from rubbing together or getting scratched.

Beware of impact
Avoid banging or hitting your jewellery against hard surfaces to prevent chips cracks or damage to the enamel.

Wear with care
Be mindful when wearing your jewellery during physical activities. Remove it when doing strenuous tasks or sports to avoid accidental damage.

Each link features its own spring clasp which allows you to easily connect charms to the side hooks or remove individual links to adjust the fit.

Please note that charms do not automatically come with bracelet links and must be added to your cart separately.

We have designed the links so you can assemble and personalise your unique Poubel creation with ease.

Charms and links will arrive separately unless you have purchased a bracelet set which comes predesigned. This allows you to build your bracelet in any combination and order you like.

There is no set rule as your bracelet is designed to be personal and fully customisable.

However, we usually recommend six charms per bracelet or seven for bigger wrists. Please note that charms do not include bracelet links and need to be added to your cart separately.

You can start with as many or as few as you like and continue adding charms over time to build your story.

Option one
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it comfortably around your wrist bone then note the measurement in centimetres.

Option two
If you do not have a tape measure wrap a string ribbon or strip of paper around your wrist. Mark where it overlaps then measure that length against a ruler.

Once you have your measurement choose the closest bracelet size for a comfortable fit.

We currently offer two link formats. Our bracelet comes with eighteen links which is the standard configuration designed for wrist wear and is suitable for both men and women.

The bracelet naturally becomes longer as charms are added so a few extra links are usually removed to achieve the desired fit. These removed links can be kept and reused in case of loss or damage.

Extended links contain forty-two links and are recommended if your intention is to wear your Poubel piece on a bag or as a necklace. Links are available only in these full configurations and charms do not automatically come with bracelet links so they must be added to your cart separately.
