Warranty
All jewellery products purchased directly from Poubel are covered by our 1-year warranty, which protects you against manufacturing defects under normal use throughout the warranty period.
If your item develops a fault within this period due to an issue with materials or workmanship, we will, where possible, provide a replacement. If the original item is no longer available, we will offer a comparable product of equal value or similar style.
Your warranty begins from the date of purchase.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, it is important that regular maintenance, gentle cleaning, periodic checks, and considered care are carried out. This helps preserve the integrity of stones, settings, metals, and plated finishes.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover the following:
• General wear and tear
• Issues caused by improper handling, lack of care, or infrequent cleaning
• Accidental damage, including knocks, breakage, scratches, or chemical exposure
• Loss of stones, unless the setting is confirmed to be faulty
• Loss of charms or components
• Damage caused by improper storage
• Repairs or alterations carried out by a third party
• Lost or stolen jewellery
If, after assessment, an issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, your item will be replaced under warranty. If the issue falls outside the warranty period or does not meet the warranty conditions, a replacement will not be offered.
