Poubel stud earrings are hand-painted using non-toxic, lead-free enamel on recycled, rhodium plated, sterling silver. Charms are comprised of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. The addition of other metals makes our charms more durable, without compromising colour or shine.

Products will generally be delivered by our trusted express courier within 7 business days of the order confirmation date.

Poubel accepts returns or exchanges of the products purchased on poubel.com within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date.

Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are found to be faulty upon delivery.

All orders made from the 24th of November till the 24th of December will have a an exceptional longer return window of 40 days.
